Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in providing fresh, high-quality flowers, plants, tubers, seeds, and floral accessories. Because many of our products are perishable in nature, our refund and return policy reflects the unique care required for living and cut botanical goods.
Please read this policy carefully. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, we are always happy to help — please see the ‘Need Help’ section at the bottom of this page.
We ship from NSW to Non-quarantine states and territories only for seed, dahlia tubers and plants. No exceptions. Orders to WA, NT and TAS will be cancelled and a refund issued minus a $20 administrative fee. Strictly NO international shipping, any order with an international shipping, billing or mail forwarding address will be cancelled and refunded minus an administrative fee of $20.
Shipping and Insurance
Please choose appropriate shipping option at checkout.
- Seed only – for orders containing seed only, posted in a regular non tracked envelope. Flat rate $3.
- Flower supports only- for orders containing flower supports, which are shipped separately in a padded bag including tracking. Flat rate $15
- Dahlia tubers/plants- packed in boxes, tacking included. Flat rate $20.
- Combined Shipping- when combining multiple dahlia tuber or plant orders in one package. Eg. adding to an existing order for shipping at the same time.
- We ship via Australia Post. All parcels are insured up to $100 for loss or damage. If additional coverage is desired, please request it at the time of ordering.
Seeds and accessories will generally be shipped within one week.
Tubers will be shipped in spring when they show eyes or shoots. Occasionally clumps may be shipped earlier if requested.
Track your parcel using the provided tracking number if you are concerned about delays.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns approach differs depending on the type of product:
Perishable items (cut flowers, plants, tubers, and seeds): Due to the perishable nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, in poor condition, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-perishable items (flower supports and similar accessories): No change of mind returns or refunds. If your item is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the item to arrange a replacement.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Perishable items purchased on sale are subject to the same quality guarantee as regular-priced items — please contact us within 24 hours if there is an issue with your order.
Mislabelled Dahlias
If after flowering you discover a mislabelled dahlia, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo and we will try to identify the bloom and also send a replacement tuber/plant as soon as available. Please note this may be the following season in some cases.
