All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering, whether placed through our website, Facebook, or Instagram.

Stock will not be reserved for more than 24 hours after an order is placed via Facebook or Instagram. No reservations are held for website orders.

For orders placed through Facebook or Instagram, payment details will be sent directly to you.
Dahlia Tuber and Plant Orders

We cannot ship dahlia tubers to Western Australia, Tasmania, or the Northern Territory due to quarantine restrictions.

All dahlia tubers are thoroughly inspected and confirmed to be healthy and viable at the time of postage.

In the rare event of an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery through the platform you ordered from to discuss a resolution.

Due to the nature of live plant materials, outcomes may vary. Replacements may be issued at our discretion, either in the current season or the following season if the item is unavailable.

Tubers are individually labeled unless otherwise noted and are packed with care in boxes to ensure safe transit.

You are advised to open and inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any concerns.

While rare, mislabels may occur. If this happens, contact us and a replacement will be arranged where appropriate—either during the same season or the next.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for how tubers are stored, planted, or affected by weather or care conditions.

Shipping and Insurance

We ship via Australia Post. All parcels are insured up to $100 for loss or damage. If additional coverage is desired, please request it at the time of ordering.

Track your parcel using the provided tracking number if you are concerned about delays.

Refunds will not be issued for parcels returned to sender due to non-collection.
Fresh Cut Flower Orders

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Our flowers are seasonal, and availability may vary. While we do our best to meet colour preferences, specific blooms may be substituted based on seasonal availability.

Delivery times are scheduled within a two-hour window to allow for potential delays such as traffic.

Responsibility for the flowers transfers to the recipient upon delivery. Each order includes basic care tips to help extend vase life.

Recipients should use appropriate caution when handling flowers, especially if there are known allergies.
