Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in providing fresh, high-quality flowers, plants, tubers, seeds, and floral accessories. Because many of our products are perishable in nature, our refund and return policy reflects the unique care required for living and cut botanical goods.

Please read this policy carefully. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, we are always happy to help — please see the ‘Need Help’ section at the bottom of this page.

Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund approach differs depending on the type of product:

Perishable items (cut flowers, plants, tubers, and seeds): Due to the perishable nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, in poor condition, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-perishable items (flower supporters, bloom measuring rings, and similar accessories): Unused, unopened non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of our approval notification, please take the following steps:

1. Check your bank account or payment method again — processing times can vary.

2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank directly, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us using the details in the ‘Need Help’ section below and we will investigate promptly.

Sale items

Only regular-priced non-perishable items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Perishable items purchased on sale are subject to the same quality guarantee as regular-priced items — please contact us within 24 hours if there is an issue with your order.

Exchanges

We only replace non-perishable items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

For perishable items such as cut flowers, plants, tubers, and seeds, we are unable to offer direct exchanges due to the nature of the products. However, if you have received an item that does not meet our quality standards, please reach out within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of any approved return or refund. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return an eligible non-perishable item, please contact us first to receive return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorisation, as we cannot guarantee a refund for unauthorised returns.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or faulty, in which case we will arrange return postage at no cost to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the amount returned.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note perishable items such as cut flowers, plants, tubers, and seeds cannot be returned by post. Any quality concerns with these products must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
